The Greenwood Tree was a strange looking flat roofed pub, part of the pub looked like it was built with stone and other parts were painted white.
This pub is situated in the benchill area of Wythenshawe.
Once inside there was a decent sized bar and a more comfortable lounge,i had a drink in the bar.
When i went in this pub it was a Burtonwood tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Burtonwood bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Burtonwood mild.
The pub was comfortable enough but it had a bit of an edgy atmosphere to it.
Sadly this pub has now been pulled down and there is nothing on its site.
