Not so much a pub as a pretty posh eatery. Almost every (very smart and classy) table has cutlery and a table number on it. There were three hand pumps on the small corner bar with Purple Moose Snowdonia Ale (Mŵs Piws Cwrw Eryri) and Wye Valley Butty Bach on at the time of my visit. I went for the Moose (or Mŵs), which was pretty good, though I could tell the staff were a little shocked at someone asking for a half pint and not planning on eating either. (I thought at the time that £4.60 a pint was pretty steep, but eight months later it doesn't seem so shocking.)
