A large, detached restaurant and, I suppose, pub that also does accommodation. It has a front patio area. I think this place was converted by the 1960s from a former house. The interior is open plan which despite having what looks like separated bar and dining areas is in reality is all foody. The decor is red, pale green, white, blue, coffee wood panel, with wallpapers and wood floor. Old photos and bistro art sit along side a large picture of a lighthouse. There was no music and I didn't notice a TV. The service was friendly and the place rammed with a family based clientele - all seemingly dining. The smell of the seafood was very pervasive so I had to head outside. Beer; usual keg stuff with Leffe. There were two real ales, Tim Taylor and Conwy Clogwyn Gold - both were decent enough. A restaurant really, but a tidy one - being miserable, I would only return when very quiet!
