Very good value for pints when I visited the Alexandra yesterday. £2.70 for a pint of Guinness - with crisps it came to £3.20. All standard sold there - Strongbow, Tennents Carling etc. Very much a locals pub. Not sure about visiting the Rangers pubs down the road i.e. Louden Tavern & Bristol Bar. Each to their own as one would say.
