This pub has now reverted back to it's previous name The Eleventh Earl but it still seems to be a Toby. So i have not put it as a name change as you might want to keep the Toby name

We arrived at this Toby from the Fink Hill side and entered through a narrow porched entrance. Once inside, you will see the main carvery area in front of you, along with a queue of hungry diners. The main seating areas were on the left hand side and at the rear of the pub and a decent sized bar area can be found on the right hand side of the front entrance, after some wondering around. Three handpumps on the bar with disappointingly only one handpump in use serving Doombar. This Toby opens at 8am for breakfast and serves dinners until 11pm. Prices for a carvery dinner are £7.95 from Monday- Saturday.

Situated on a busy junction on the Leeds ring-road. Previously the Stanhope and the Eleventh Earl this pub has no name other than its corporate identity which may tell you something about the quality. Fairly typical Toby Carvery with an open plan layout although with some areas divided off by residual walls and differing floor levels including one area devoted to Winston Churchill. The counter is middle front with a big carvery behind. The usual keggery plus three high swan neck handpulls all with Leeds Pale clips, not foul but not too good. A typical carvery type customers, the place is woefully understaffed and has an all pervasive smell of food. A saving grace is a collection of seaside postcards in the gents.
