We're down to 3 active handpumps in this shopping centre pub at the International end of Westfield, though these are at least varied with Thornbridge Market Porter, as well as a Pale and a green hop Best from breweries I failed to note. The craft keg selection remains as extensive as ever. All of these are listed on the screen above the bar.
There is outside seating, though at this time of year, the appeal is diminishing by the day. Inside, the after work crowd pass through fairly quickly after a pint or two on the way home, so getting a seat wasn't a problem.
Tap East remains a reliable source of well-kept and interesting beer where you might least expect it, though the walk from Stratford Station through Westfield can be very crowded with those visiting the less interesting units hereabouts.

A shopping Mall craft bar and brewpub with a large offering of continental beers, particularly Belgian. There were a couple of good cask beers on, Howling Hops Knock The Corners, an ESB and a particularly fine ELB Quadrant Stout, the place appears to be a winner and well attended on a late Saturday afternoon.

Highly unusual bar in the Westfield shopping centre,very close to the entrance furthest away from the Stratford rail and tube station.It's completely open at the front,with a series of high tables,upturned tuns and a few sofas,with the L shaped bar running around a rear wall.Pump clip decorate the walls,and although popular on Friday afterwork ,it was by no means rammed and had a relaxed vibe.There are lots of keg options,and 6 handpumps offering three Tap East brews in Boleyn Bitter,East End Mild and Coffee in the Morning (decent) with guests Burning Sky Plateau,Five Points Hook Island Red and Wishbone Ahtanum which I thought was a decent range of styles and strengths.
A lot better than I was expecting and a blessed relief from the crowds of people hanging out in the mall,a good bet for real ale in this newly developed area.
