The Imperial was a large pub that used to be an hotel as well,the pub used to be quite close to piccadilly station.
Once inside the pub was pretty run down and it had one large room that was carpeted,there may have been other rooms but i did'nt look.
This pub was a Wilsons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Wilsons bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Wilsons mild.
I often went in this pub before catching a train.
Sadly this pub has now been pulled down and new buildings are now on its site.
