The Brown Cow was a bare brick built estate pub that was in a grim area of ancoats.
There were two rooms in this pub and i had a drink in the bar this was a pretty boisterous room.
The pub was a Wilsons tied house and there was one real ale on here this was Wilsons bitter and this was a decent drink.
The whole of this area of ancoats has changed since i visited it and the pub has now beeen demolished during the redevelopment of the area.
Yet another ancoats pub gone forever.
