The Park International is a standard package tour hotel situated, unfortunately for its residents, on the six lane nightmare that is the Cromwell Road. Keep walking and you end up in Swansea. Like quite a few around here it has a board outside advertising its bar to the passing trade - not that this is a stretch of road you'd walk along for pleasure. I suspect very few take up the offer, indeed the girl behind the bar seemed rather caught out that someone had turned up at lunchtime: I guess they do hardly any trade until their guests start returning form their day's sightseeing.

Inside is of course corporate soullessness, the bar area done out in black and white plastic, hence the name, thought the lounges looked reasonably plush and comfortable. No real ale, and a pint of lager will set you back around a fiver. Sky TV.
