The Falcon was a stand alone pub and the only one on merrill street.
Once inside the pub had carpets but it seemed a bit down at heel.
The pub was a free house and there were three keg bitters on the bar i had a drink of keg Bass and this was a pretty poor drink the other beers were Websters Green Label and John Smiths bitter.
I think this pub has now been pulled down.
