The Crown Inn was a smallish grim looking estate pub that was halfway down old mill street.
There were a couple of rooms in this pub the lounge was closed and the bar was very basic and it did'nt seem a very inviting place to have a drink in.
This pub was a Wilsons tied house and there were no real ales on here,i had a drink of keg Wilsons bitter and this was a pretty poor drink.
Sadly this pub has now been pulled down.
