The Smithfield was a proper old fashioned corner pub and it is the sort of pub that is dissapearing fast.
There were a few rooms in this pub and i had a drink in the bar which was basic but a decent enough room to have drink in.
This pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on here i had a drink of Boddingtons bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons mild.
I thought this was a decent pub and i was quite happy having a drink in here.
Sadly this pub has been pulled down and there is nothing on it site,what a waste.
