The Unicorn was a strange looking estate pub that was in the hulme area of Manchester.
Outside there was a large pointed structure that was probably meant to look like a unicorns horn,once inside i had a drink in the lounge which was fairly smart and also comfortable.
This pub was a Whitbread tied house and there was one real ale on the bar this was Trophey bitter and this was a decent enough drink.
I think this pub is still standing but and is now a church of some sorts but it looks in a bad state and the unicorns horn has been took off.
Yet another Manchester pub to close down.
