A well-renovated former warehouse on the Northern edge of the complex, the décor is characterised by exposed oak beams and brickwork which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The bar/restaurant is a single large room, while the toilets are downstairs at water level. There is an outside seating area at the front, but drinks are not allowed outside after 10pm. The carpeted floor detracts from the warehouse image, but it at least keeps it quieter than echoey floorboards. There is free WiFi. Food is reasonably priced for the area, it was pre-cooked and reheated but tasted good and came in sensible portions. Staff were fine up to the point that they started asking for tips. Two ales on, Pride and Doombar, both inexpertly served but tasted OK once the excess froth had settled. I'd be happy to come back here for food and beer next time I visit.

One of a whole row of warehouse conversions run by an outfit called TCG Management Services, this one features a 'L-shaped space with modern decor and a mix of high tables and booths in bar area and a good number of tables set aside for dining. Also has another bar downstairs (not visited). Large patio seating area at the front. Just Doom Bar and Pride (£4.65, and served in a jug) available from the two handpumps. Dull.
