The Black Horse is on the busy A151 but it is set back from the road.
This looks like quite a big old pub from the outside and once inside there were a few different rooms we went to the right and this was a long narrow room with the bar on the left everybody in this room was eating meals,there were other rooms to the left these were also very busy and looked more like dining rooms.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Ushers 1824 and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Jennings Cocky Blonde.
We were made welcome enough as drinkers but this is mainly a pub for people dining out.
