The White Post was a decent looking pub from the outside.
Once inside this was quite a smart pub,with a very comfortable lounge,when i first went in this pub it was an Ansells tied house with some pretty poor beers on the bar.
In more recent years the pub has had decent guest beers on the bar.
The pub was sold off and developers wanted to knock the pub down,locals put up a fight to save the pub,but to no avail,the pub has now been pulled down.
What a waste of a nice pub like this.
