The Lancaster was a decent looking basic corner pub.
There were a couple of rooms in this pub and i went in the bar which was fairly basic but decent enough,this pub was a Vaux tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Vaux bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Vaux Samson.
The pub was fairly busy on my visit and i thought this was a decent enough pub to have a drink in.
Sadly the pub was demolished around 1996 and the land is still empty to this day,what a waste they should have kept the pub there.
