Formerly a branch of Cherry Reds, this place is now called The Juke. I'm not sure it can be classed as a micropub. It has more the feel of a dive bar. But it certainly has a good craft beer selection, if that is your bag. Available for my visit were Lervig Sour Suzy & House Party, Wylam Jakehead, Twisted Barrel Broken Hands, Full Circle Hoop & Tap Social Movement Jobsworth. The cider was Pulpt Flare.
It's quite dark at the rear where the bar is situated, but much brighter nearer the entrance. Table seating outside at the front seems popular. They don't appear to open during the week until 4pm these days.

Visited 16.4.21 after Covid19 lockdown so only 2 outside tables available. They have got a pavement licence so more likely to appear. All covid regs applied, and a beer menu brought out. All beer were draft, and we chose Twisted Barrel Gods Twisted Sister and Brew by Number 19 Gose Blackberry and Raspberry, both of which were fine. Open Mon - Fri from 2pm and Sat and Sun from 12 noon. Friendly staff who will help with beer choice. Very interesting street food menu available.

Now called Yhe Juke with a real Juke Box playing decent music. It is a craft ale bar with one real ale on and 5 tap beers. Walk through a kitchen area where they serve pie and mash type meals into the bar area with plenty of seating. There are still tables and benches outside the front. We enjoyed our tap beer, Old Print Works Brewhouse Triple Hop.
