The Mallard is a large late 50s type pub and not far from Ilkeston hospital.There are still two rooms i went in the one on the right hand side this was quite comfortable and well furnished there were two handpumps on the bar i had Bombadier this was fairly average.I think this pub might do a lot of food trade.
