fairly standard large carvery, handy for canal. Restaurant off to right hand side, with a very long and quite pleasant bar area to the left and rear. Beers adequate, although the welcome could have been friendlier. A bit too corporate, but ok especially for boaters looking for somewhere south of Stoke.
