I looked up the opening hours - it’s 8am to 5.30pm Mondays-Saturdays & 8am to 4pm Sundays. It’s not pub hours.

When I was going round the pubs in Carlisle today, I had a quick look inside the Cafe Bar Royale. It's more a cafe than a pub and it didn't look licensed. So why categorize it as a pub?
