Bucking Fastard left this review about Travellers Home
A M&B Sizzler eatery in a 30's roadhouse with a bit of mock tudor and a modertn internal makeover which has stripped out a lot of character. There are three sections,a family dining area nearest the car park,a central bar with a mix of seating opposite in a disctete area and then a large, boisterous public bar area with high tables, screens and room for vertical drinking.Pub grub food, some sizzling available all day ,every day including breakfast.
Doom bar triple clipped and poor (NBSS 2,a nasty tang despite being clear) .Most punters drinking multinational brand lager, some looking like they may support Millwall.
A local pub for local people,if in the area keep on walking.
