The impressive building was once the town hall, but you wouldn't know it inside as the interior has been turned into a slightly-bizarre craft beer emporium totally covered in distressed wood and random arty fittings. Spreads over two floors, with stools and sofas by the bar on the ground floor and the upstairs being more of a tabled eating area, with a roof terrace also. Sadly no real ales but just a clump of unlabelled craft fonts, although it does claim an impressive (if pricey) bottled beer selection. Could be a reasonable alternative-style venue but trying too hard.
