A good pub with an amazing amount of potential. Beer at sensible prices and a decent menu. I'm not sure how this pub got to be where it is but the pub itself doesn't reflect the area that it is located in.

The Butchers Arms is on the langley estate and looks a bit out of place as it looks like an old farmhouse that is on an estate.
This pub was a kimberley tied house and it is now a GK pub i dont know what beers were on the bar as the pub was closed when this photo was taken.
