Alan Winfield left this review about The Brickmakers
The Brickmakers is just off the busy anlaby road.
Once inside this pub was quite smart with one room the bar was to the left and there was a pool table and tall tables and chairs at the front of the pub which is where i sat looking outside at the rain, the pub was mainly carpeted and there was also a raised area to the right which looked like it was set out for a childrens party.
The pub was almost empty on my early saturday dinner visit and there were no real ales on the bar with the only bitters being Tetley smooth rubbish or Worthington cream crap so i had a Guinness which was ok.
I thought this was a decent comfortable pub its just a shame there were no real ales on here.
