When i first went in this pub it was called the Cambridge Hotel.
This was a large victorian pub that was situated fairly close to Derby Countys old baseball ground.
Once inside there were a few different rooms and most seemed to be quite basic,the pub was originally an Ind Coope tied house with only keg beers on the bar,Burtonwood took over the pub in the mid 90s but it still only had keg bers on the bar.
On the few occasinons i have been in this pub it has been packed before a Derby home game.
This pub is still standing but has sadly closed down and been turned into an islamic school.
