A Robinson's pub at an insignificant crossroads south of Morfa Nefyn. The original building has been extended in various different directions, and has then been opened out inside to be a pretty fair facsimile of a Greene King retail park venue, but without the retail park. The woman who served me admitted to another member of staff in my hearing that beer was not one of her strong points. Good grief. After wandering around this space for a couple of minutes with my half of Unicorn (NBSS 2, £5/pint) I came across a room labelled as The Snug where a few locals had gathered, so I perched at a table for as long as it took me to finish my drink (not long). I'm hoping this will prove to be a forgettable experience.
