ROB Camra left this review about Solita
This used to be La Tasca, then changed to Cibo and is now Solita, the sister bar and restaurant to the one in Manchester's Northern Quarter. It's a 2 floor reataurant with bare brick walls and some interesting murals on one of them. There are two 8 seater tables in the downstairs area near the bar for drinkers. It was pretty busy on my Friday Early evening visit, but I was welcomed by an attractive waitress who pointed out the drinking area to me. There is a solitary handpump on the bar, but it didn't look like it was used. Overall, much better than I was expecting.
