The Hundred House is located in the hills, but not too far from either Builth Wells or Llandrindod Wells.

It was raining, as is predictable for Wales, when we arrived. We were unsure as to what to expect here, as the pub supposedly changed hands last year. Nevertheless, we received a warm welcome and found a real ale on offer - Wye Valley Hopfather, which was appreciated.

There are a number of rooms, but not all of them are open at present. The owners are still undergoing refurbishment. The pub certainly has plenty of character and enjoys a lovely location.
