Well the licensee changes yet again at the bear.. Shame as the last licensee was young and full of energy..certainly got the place back on the map again only to be replaced by some tired middle aged couple who are so out of place here... Food was ok, fairly priced and well presented. i had a pint of the ruddles which was the only real ale on offer, unfortunatly i had to change it for a john smiths as it was cloudy and clearly on its way out. Freindly enough chap behind the bar, spoilt by the fact that anything youv'e done he's done better... Never mind the cock up the roads ok, as is the tavern.
