well I'm not sure I'd call it a pub. everytime i have been here it has been deafeningly loud and impossible to hold a conversation. live music bar, yes, not too bad a place for that sort of thing. beer crap and overpriced as i remember.

Students music venue. No real ale that I could see though it does have Marston's Oyster Stout on keg. The place is on several levels and likes to class itself as a "pub•bar•nightclub".
