What looks like it may be a traditional style Robinsons pub this has a very modern interior. Open plan and relatively soulless now this is very much an eating pub. Various area to sit including a nice enough beer garden to the side. 6 handpulls with mostly Robbie's beers on. The two pubs nearby are a better bet for beer.

The Farmers Arms is a bare brick built pub that looks quite nice from the outside,the pub is situated on Poyntons main shopping street.
Once inside the pub had been opened out into one room that had different drinking areas,the room was carpeted and quite smart and comfortable there was also a pool table in it.
The pub is a Robinsons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Robinsons bitter which was a decent drink the other beer was Robinsons mild.
This was a decent enough pub and was best of a bad bunch is this town.
