The courtyard spoken of below is indeed lovely, and was well populated by residents of the adjoining campsite when we attended on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Didn't go in but a squint through the door suggests it remains a traditional beams and open fires setup. After a rather stern request to check-in for test and trace purposes, the Ledbury Gold was served with a smile.
Nice spot, if I were ever to go camping I'd be very pleased to pitch up here.

The Drum and Monkey near Upton Upon Severn is a delightful 17th Century Inn with log fires in winter. Traditional and reasonably priced bar food is available along with good real ales and fine wines and there is a good children’s menu. Outside there is a lovely courtyard garden. I have eaten here several times with my wife and family lately and found it excellent.
