The Church Hotel has a central bar counter that serves the left, right and rear of the pub. There are standard and premium keg fonts, but my order of a pint of Stella turned up in a can, priced at £3.30. To the left is some split-level seating and on the right is a pool table and dartboard. In the left rear a disco was set up. There was a lively atmosphere being Saturday evening, but one of the local hags at the bar was very starey, couldn’t take her eyes off me. There was no lust, this was disgust! I decided to slosh back my can and hightail it out of there before things got real.

What a total dump. Threadbare, crap carpets and a loud, sweary D4 clientele. Two rooms, both poor, served from an island bar. There's a pool table and a jukebox. 3 unused handpumps and loads of keg fonts. I asked for a half of Fosters, it turns out that of all the fonts only Carling was actually on. I supped this as quickly as I could and left. Never again.

Called in on the 29th having a clean up and decorate opens daily 2pm -9 pm trying to do the cheap beer thing nice enough place and customers seem ok will call back
