A nice elongated cottage styled pub with a former coach entrance and a covered front patio band a rear beer garden. It is in white render with a row of dormer windows - looks neat. The interior has a couple of rooms, but i didnt really see the lounge, just headed to the bar. The bar is in cream and white with a white and beam ceiling, wood and flag floor. It has a pool table and dart board. The TV had the news on and there was no music. The walls hal old local photos on and Welsh flags. The service was friendly and mainly locals were in, it seemed. Beer; usual taps with a very good Bass on handpull. I really liked this place.
