The Plough is a regular GBG pub and deservedly so. A small, friendly, traditional village pub with a small bar at the front and restaurant behind, which does good value food and excellent beer. The welcome is always warm, and in Winter the open fire is very much appreciated. This visit, however, saw the doors open and a pleasant sea breeze finding its way in through the rain. Two ales on; I had a pint of Tradewinds, well kept and much needed. Well worth venturing out to find for lunch or a pint, and I would tie it in with a visit to The Anderson a mile away if time allows.
