Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Oranges

Basic student-type pub, adjacent to the southern part of the former ring road (but a much quieter location now that most of the traffic has moved away). Inside, this single bar on several different levels has had a vile red and black makeover. Perhaps surprisingly, it has two real ales on including a decent pint of Spitfire (£2.95) and also Canterbury Jack. Only other features of note are a very basic menu and a jukebox.
