The Douglas Bar is a small basic pub that is situated in Normantons main shopping area.
The pub was originally a Bass tied house when i first went in it with keg Bass products on the bar,the keg mild was a decent enough drink,the pub was taken over by Kimberley brewery in the mid 90s and sold real ale for a short time.
Once inside there is a smallish room at the front which is the room i have always had a drink in.
This is a rough and ready pub and not for the faint hearted.
