Another very nice traditional pub down a very narrow lane from the main A road through Kegworth, this is a red brick building that has been pebble dashed on the upper level but retains stained glass windows in the bar areas. inside it has three distinct areas opened out slightly to access the bar. nice tiled flor and woodwork around the bar. Two ales were on the hand pumps with Bass served from the jug which is filled direct from the barrel. The Bass was superb along with the Castle Rock Pale Ale. Well worth seeking out this friendly locals pub.
