There were some very drunk, and vocal, old boys sat on the patio seating outside the Seven Kings when I visited on a recent Tuesday afternoon. Inside there’s a central L-shaped counter that serves seating to the left and a surprisingly large right-hand side where there’s a mix of standard and high tables as well as some booths and sofas. Televisions throughout were airing muted Sky Sports while some very loud music pumped out of the speakers. Standard and premium keg was available alongside Neck Oil, and a pub co food menu sits on each table. It was busy for the time of day, but thankfully the customers inside were nowhere near as drunk as those sitting outside. I thought the service was friendly and I’d pop back in if passing.

A huge sprawling place that covers a large section of the corner on Bridge Street. The first pub you see when leaving the Pittencrief Park when going to the town centre. This is part of the Belhaven pubs group and one of the largest I have visited. There is a mixture of booth seating, restaurant-style tables, comfy couches, six tables at the front and an outdoor smoking area at the back. There is a large wooden bar with its brass footrest and traditional fittings. There are plenty of food choices available. Also plenty of TV’s showing all the big sporting fixtures courtesy of two Skyboxes. Plus plenty a various bottled beers some of which are produced by Belhaven.
