Not open, and I should have listened to the locals in the Bell who said it wasn’t opening early doors for some reason. A plethora of the ultra-new Pride flags in the garden. Whether that was due to it being the Holy Month or something more ingrained, I couldn’t say.
October 2014
Grim-looking two bar local which smelt of damp and has clearly seen better days. Surprised to note this is a Wadworth pub. Plenty of pumps displaying the 6X clip but none of them dispensed it. Decided to scarper. This place needs a severe boot up the rear, it’s squalid. Did note a lone upright piano, oddly. Unrated.
