Called in here last night about 6. It was pretty quiet with only about 10 people in the place. 4 staff behind the bar, 2 were making cocktails and 2 were studiously ignoring us, despite us sitting on stools at the bar. After about 5 minutes we got tired of waiting There's lots better places than this to be ignored. We won't be giving them any business anytime soon.

A long thin bar with small upper area, billed as rum bar and it does stock a selection including the legendary "Pussers Rum" and does a few rum based cocktails too. Otherwise a fairly mundane town centre chain bar with a vaguely Cuban decor or a European marketing department's idea of it. Four t-bars of less ordinary kegs (almost the same five beers on each there's a bit of mix and match) plus a couple of singles for Mahou and Peroni. Nice cast iron balustrades on stairs and upper deck, slow speed fans and cable tray mounted spots complementing heating duct and Edison lamps, stop me if this is boring you at this stage. Spanish designations on the bog doors and an odd choice of photos. Twenty something staff and thirty something punters. Big screen but showing corporate ad's. High and low seating available.
