The pub has new owners since the review by Mr Winfield. They now have a guest ale and a couple of regular beers, I'm told they serve a good pint (I am a cider drinker), the food is good and they are child and dog friendly. A warm welcome is guaranteed, I'd recommend it.

The Blue Horse is a stone built pub which is facing the village green there are a few tabels at the front of the pub. This is a Greene king house with their ranrge of beers on the bar,i had Moreland Bitter there was also Greene King IPA and Abbot available not a brilliant choice of beers ive been in better pubs but this pub is alright for a drink.
