An historic but dilapidated Bulwell landmark will be reduced to rubble within the next week.
The Swinger pub on Hucknall Lane is being demolished.

The Swinger was originally called the Forest Hotel,the pub is situated on the northern edge of Bulwell and is fairly close to Hucknall.
The pub is set sideways onto the road.
When i visited this pub it was an Home Ales tied house and there were three rooms inside with a decent bar comfortable lounge and a smoke room,there were two real ales on the bar and the Home bitter was a very nice drink here the other beer was Home mild.
I dont know what beers are now on here.
