I'll try to provide a bit more of a balanced review to the below. In fact, I'd imagine the Bridge has changed hands since the landlord's review over 12 years ago. It was last in the Good Beer Guide in 2016 and these days only stocks the usual HPA & Butty Bach as cask ales. Hopfather was on keg and ciders were Thatcher's Gold, Juicy Apple, Apple & Blackcurrant, Cloudy Lemon & Blood Orange & Robinson's Flagon. Once again, there was no real cider.

The Bridge enjoys a nice location, but the exterior looks a little neglected. Inside, the front bar has a TV (showing horse racing whilst we were there) and a jukebox. It is mainly bare boards. A middle room to the side of the bar is carpeted and has another TV with some Quadrophenia posters on the walls. From there, a corridor leads to a small dining room. Sunday lunches were advertised but there was no sign of any food on our Saturday afternoon visit. There is a small drinking patio to the front.

A handful of young locals were present in the bar whilst we were there. Children are allowed in and a wifi password is provided.

Another disappointing pub in the Worcestershire countryside. If only one of these pubs could stock a real cider or something other than HPA & Butty Bach!

First and foremost I have to point out that I am the landlord of the bridge at Stanford bridge, and have been for the last seven years, so this review might be just a tad biased, but as there wasn't a review at all I thought I would at least try and purvey what the pub is about! At the bridge we pride ourselves in being a proper community country pub, serving a good selection of cask ales and traditional ciders, as well as serving wholesome home cooked food in a traditional pub atmosphere. Situated by the river Teme in the beautiful Teme valley, our pub is a great starting point for walking or just sitting and relaxing in the beer garden.
We have been in the Camra good beer guide for the last 5 years, and run beer festivals over the Easter beer weekend and October. We also run many other events, notably the charity duck race on the Sunday of the spring bank holiday weekend and a promises auction in November. The bridge is a family run pub, and although popular with the locals it is also incredibly friendly and welcoming to all comers. Children, dogs and muddy boots welcome!
We have six cask ales at all times, including hob sons mild, hob sons twisted spire, wye valley hpa, otter bright and two guest pumps, one of which is always a stout in winter and enville ginger beer in summer. We also sell westons or thatchers cider and perry, and this year will be selling our own cider too!
Basically, the bridge is a proper pub in a mad, mad world..... But don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself!
