Strongers . left this review about The Islay Inn
The Islay Inn has a snug to the left of te entrance and then the serving counter runs up the left-hand wall to some steps that climb to a rear dining area. Flagstones sit around the bar area and to the right is tartan carpeted area with banquettes and booths. Standard keg was available from the friendly barmaid alongside Madri and Birri Moretti. There was a bit of background music, but it was very quiet during my recent Tuesday early evening visit.
