Formerly the Long Bar, until renovated in the spring of this year and rebadged as the Waiting Rooms. This bar now has a choice of six ales on handpump and my Anarchy Citra Star was excellent. We took our drinks to the far end of the bar, where we had a good view of the streets below. This bar was very smart the staff were friendly and welcoming, also the music was good and at a sensible volume.

Long featureless lager only bar that only opens for part of the week. It's quite nicely done inside for this type of bar, but I wouldn't bother if I were you. Union Rooms, Head of Steam, Centurian & Mile Castle are all within 50 yards or so and all are better than here.
