A large single room with a square horseshoe bar on the left. Due to the fact that Newmills is now bypassed by the A985 and the village is situated on the coastal route along the North side of the River Forth, the pub was only filled with locals. A few of the customers started up conversations with myself, altogether a very friendly pub.
