A Fayre and Square pub serving as the 19th Hole at West Ruislip Golf Club. Reached through a large car park adjacent to the driving range or down precipitous concrete steps from the tube station, the pub sits at right angles to the range, and there is some outside seating next to the car park,plus another garden area with heaters and benches behind the building. Two bars inside, the front one having a pool table and tv screens, the larger back one mainly used as a saloon bar and diner, and it has a few half-snugs. There is a separate games room with another pool table and dart board at the side, plus a children's play area. The décor is basic, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. They do theme nights, such as regular Thursday curry nights, and entertainment evenings with stand-up and open mic events. It's also open from 7AM for coffee and cake, though hot food is the usual Fayre and Square slop. Two handpumps were clipped as GK IPA and Doombar, but only the latter was available. It was in reasonable condition. OK to sink a round or two, but I wouldn't flog back here
