No cask. Keg offering of John Smiths, Stella, Guinness, Inch's, dark fruits SB, Carling, Madri, Peroni.
Typical Harvester establishment. Paved area at the front with a car park at the side and rear. The restaurant / carvery is to the left of the entrance. To the right of the entrance is a right-angled bar counter with some tall stool seating on a boarded skirt. The area immediately to the right of the entrance is carpeted with a few regular tables and chairs. The area in front of the other side of the bar counter is a mixture of carpeted and bare boards with generally regular tables and chairs plus a corner fitted high banquette to the side of the fire grate. Low ceilings, no screens and a disco based soundtrack at a modest volume. There is an outside paved seating area at the side of the venue with regular picnic benches.

This place is one of the Harvester chain of pubs(?).
Whilst the building may look old and traditional if my memory is correct it was built in the 1990s following the failure of the ludicrous Fantaseas project which replaced a perfectly good outdoor swimming pool. The eventual replacement for Fantaseas was Larkswood Leisure Centre, of which this place is now part of.
I have never been in here or are ever likely to as I would rather cook at home than go to a Harvester so no rating is offered.
